It also offers documentary services, money transfer systems, distance service systems, and payments cards. In addition, the company provides financial and other guarantees and letters of credit, as well as is involved in securities and foreign currencies activities. Further, it offers international money transfer, Internet banking, and utility payment services, as well as deposit boxes. It operates through 16 branches. The company was formerly known as Armenian-Russian Export-Import Bank Closed Joint-Stock Company and changed its name to Armenian-Russian Export-Import Bank-Gazprombank Group Closed Joint-Stock Company in June 2009. The company was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Yerevan, the Republic of Armenia. As of November 29, 2007, Armenian-Russian Export-Import Bank-Gazprombank Group Closed Joint-Stock Company operates as a subsidiary of Gazprombank (Open Joint-stock Company)
